Finances shouldn’t be a barrier for a youth member to take part in GirlGuiding.  If you require short term assistance with the Classic Programme termly membership fees, please apply for our WGYG Classic Short Term Support Fund.

Important Details about the WGYG Classic Short Term Support Fund

• Funding Amount: Eligible applicants can receive fees for the Classic term applied for.
• Coverage: This support fund applies to Classic membership fees only; event fees are not covered and will need to be paid in full by the event close off date.
• Eligibility: The fund is open to existing Classic members only, for families who need some temporary assistance with their term fee.
• Review Process: All applications will be reviewed carefully, and families notified of their application outcome as soon as possible after the application close date. While we aim to assist as many eligible families as possible, funding is limited and is not guaranteed.
• Application of Funds: Approved funds will be applied directly to member accounts at the beginning of each term. (Attendance checks may be conducted before funds are credited to ensure active participation.)
