We are in search of a Volunteer Development Advisor who will support our Development team, all while ensuring that a robust youth and volunteer perspective is incorporated into our programme development efforts.
The Development Advisor will offer guidance as well as support to the Development team in planning and carrying out their work programmes.
This role will involve collaboration across the GirlGuiding New Zealand Organisation, active participation in the creation of the training resources and materials. As an integral part of the Guiding Experience Team, you will play a crucial role in formulating a coherent and innovative adult training programme spanning across all our programme sections.
This is a Volunteer position with a uniformed role, serving at the national level of GirlGuiding New Zealand. The Development Advisor will report to and receive support from the Guiding Experience Lead.
Given the national scope of this Advisor role, the appointment is made by the National Board.
