This centre offers all you need to host a wide range of events

The Roby Street Guide Hall is situated on the Durham Green on Roby Street, Te Atatu Peninsula.

This small hall was once the local school. It is ideal for small groups and the perfect venue for birthday parties.

As well as being suitable for day time events, this hall can also be used for overnight accommodation, however, hirers would need to bring their own bedding.

Bouncy castles are not permitted inside the hall. An event permit from Auckland Council is required to set up a bouncy castle, or other large structure, outside the hall.

  • Two toilets including one with disabled access.

What you will need to bring with you
  • All food and drink, resources and equipment for your event
  • First Aid Kit
  • Cell phone for emergency purposes
  • Bedding (Sleep mats, stretchers etc), if you stay overnight
  • Tea towels, dishcloths, cleaning cloths and oven mitts
  • Hand Towels for bathrooms
  • Rubbish bags to take all rubbish away with you
  • Toilet Paper for topping up
