This centre offers all you need to host a wide range of events

Auckland Guide Centre is a medium sized hall, which can cater for up to 80 people theatre style, with a side space off the main hall for tea and coffee to be served.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING WITH YOU

  • All food and drink, resources and equipment for your event
  • First Aid Kit
  • Cell phone for emergency purposes
  • Tea towels, dishcloths, cleaning cloths and oven mitts
  • Rubbish bags to take all rubbish away with you
  • Toilet Paper for topping up

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

  • All tables, chairs or other equipment must be returned to the relevant areas
  • All rooms used must be cleaned and all rubbish taken away with the hirer. All lights and heaters must be turned off.
  • Hirers are not permitted to stick anything to the floor or walls. For example, tacks, pins or nails nor remove items on notice boards
  • All groups hiring the building are required to nominate one person who will be responsible for checking the building is secure and that all windows and doors are locked at the end of the hire. This person should also act as fire warden and be aware of the responsibilities that are required.
  • Car parking is limited
  • The bathroom and kitchen facilities are shared with other users.
