Vacancy: ASSOCIATION LEADER on the National Board

At the National Forum meeting in June we will elect an Association Leader to the Board. We are seeking applications from Leaders working at a local team level who would be interested in filling this role.

You will ideally be a Local Co-ordinator or Unit Leader who has a passion and interest in helping the organisation grow and thrive. Most likely this will be your first national role and with this you will bring new and different ideas. We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds and experiences. We particularly encourage applications from candidates who are experienced in financial and business management, this could include accounting, auditing, risk management and/or property management.

You will bring to the Board:

  • The ability to think strategically, with the capability to drive the organisation towards the achievement of a challenging vision;
  • Knowledge and understanding of biculturalism, diversity and inclusion;
  • Expertise of Guiding at a local team level and ideas about how to help the organisation grow and transform.
