Work history:
After setting up and running my own recruitment agency while my children were young, I eventually sold the business and returned to University to finish my bachelor’s degree. I was particularly inspired by community development papers and went on to complete a PGDip with a focus community psychology.
For the last decade I’ve utilized my community development and business skills to support several “for purpose” organisations re-focus, grow and/or transform themselves. I’m thrilled to be working with an organisaiton that supports and empowers girls and women, who will be the leaders of the future.

When I’m not working, you will likely find me in the outdoors – either in the garden, tramping or just enjoying nature somewhere a little remote. I am also interested in holistic health, sustainable living and caring for our precious environment. I have two adult sons who are both based in the North Island and am married to Keith who surprisingly was a Girl Guide Leader over 30 years ago!
