Applications for the Ruth Herrick Ranger scholarship for 2025 are open until 31 July.
Ranger Leaders, we ask you to please share this information with your Rangers and Rangers in Leadership (who have completed their Peak Award).
This $1000 scholarship is awarded annually to a Ranger who has completed the Peak Award, to enable or assist them to attend a course, event or training (either in New Zealand or overseas) that will expand their horizons.
Forms and information are available on the GGNZ website in the current member information (no login needed) – scholarships section.
The application needs to be endorsed by the Regional Hub Co-ordinator and Ranger Leader.
