Win Term 4 Fees!

All parents/caregivers of current girl members of GirlGuiding New Zealand who pay their Term 3 2025 fees in full by 1 August 2025 will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win one free term of girl member fees (valued at $110.00) for Term 4 2025.

How to Enter

  • To be eligible, Term 3 2025 fees must be paid in full on or before 1 August 2025.
  • Payments received after 1 August 2025 will not be entered into the draw.
  • Only one entry per eligible member is permitted.

Eligibility

  • Open to parents/caregivers of current GirlGuiding New Zealand members only. The member must be active at the time of invoicing (21 July 2025) to be eligible.
  • Only one prize will be awarded.
  • The prize will be applied directly to the eligible child’s account before Term 4 invoices are issued on 13 October 2025.

Prize Details

  • The prize is the value of one term of GirlGuiding NZ fees ($110.00 incl GST) for Term 4 2025.
  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, refunded, or applied to any other term, person, or cost.
  • If the winner leaves GirlGuiding before the beginning of Term 4 2025, the prize will be forfeited.

Winner Selection

  • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
  • The draw will take place following the payment deadline (1 August 2025), and the winner will be notified by email.

General Conditions

  • GirlGuiding New Zealand reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of GirlGuiding New Zealand’s control.
  • Any changes to the competition will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.
  • GirlGuiding New Zealand is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to participants by any third party.
  • GirlGuiding New Zealand reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the participant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
  • The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. By entering, all participants agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
