Round the Bays Wellington – Fun Run to fundraise for GirlGuiding NZ 

Event Time: 8am onwards, Sunday 21 February 2021 

Ready to run/walk a fun run to fundraise vital funds for GirlGuiding NZ? The Wellington Round the Bays is a great way to get everyone together for a fun day out. With Five Course Choices that all start at Frank Kitts Park and finish Kilbirnie Park you can pick a course that suits you. 

Along the way you can immerse yourself in Wellington’s iconic bays, run alongside live bands and try to dodge the splash zone! There will be loads of interactive activities and opportunities to enter competitions, and once you have completed your challenge, the Finishers’ festival is the highlight of the event.  

How it works, three easy steps! 

1. Register directly on the Wellington Round the Bays website here   
2. Email the fundraising team at GirlGuiding NZ to let them know you will be taking part! Email [email protected]  
3. A member of the GirlGuiding NZ fundraising team will get in touch with you to send you a fundraising pack and further information for on the day  
4. Set up an online fundraising page with JustGiving here and set a goal to raise as many donations as possible to support full empowerment for young women across New Zealand. You can even create a team page and encourage your work mates, fellow Guiding members or friends to join!
