FAQS:
– When does the fee need to be paid by? The $150 deposit is due within seven days of event acceptance and the remaining $345 is due by 26 March 2021
– What happens if I don’t pay the full fee by 26 March 2021? Your child will be withdrawn from this event and her place will be given to a girl on the waitlist
– Is travel to and from the venue arranged for me? No, all travel to and from the venue is to be arranged by parents/caregivers. You will need to ensure you arrange to drop-off and pick-up your child yourself as this isn’t something that GirlGuiding NZ organise as a part of this event. We will be arranging shuttles from Nelson airport to Paretai Guide Hall on April 18 for anyone flying in and will have a leader at the airport to meet all girls and ensure they get onto the shuttle. Please ensure you liaise with the events team at National Office around this before booking any flights as there will be specific timelines to adhere to for flight arrivals and departures.
– What does the fee cover? This fee covers all associated activity costs, accommodation, any travel to activities and all meals. This does not cover any travel related costs to and from the school on the first and last day
As this is a Nationally run event, please email [email protected] with any queries
