Outdoor AdventurHers is a five-day Paddle and Rope Discovery event. As part of the week, girls will be Abseiling, Kayaking, Paddle Boarding and Surfing. This is going to be an action packed week and is a fantastic opportunity for girls to try new activities and make new life-long friends. After the first two days of staying at Cracroft the girls will be moving to Kimihia to complete the rest of the week camping there, so there will be a different pickup address to where you drop them off.
Fee: $495 total which consists of a non-refundable $150 deposit due within 7 days of event acceptance and the remaining $345 is due by 7 December 2020
Location: Cracroft Guiding Centre, 151 Cashmere Road, Christchurch & Kimihia Campsite, The Groynes, Christchurch
Date and times: 15 – 19 January 2021 (drop off at 12pm on 15 January at Cracroft Guiding Centre and pick up at 3pm on 19 January from Kimihia Campsite)

– When does the fee need to be paid by? The $150 deposit is due within seven days of event acceptance and the remaining $345 is due by 7 December 2020
– What happens if I don’t pay the full fee by 7 December 2020? Your child will be withdrawn from this event and her place will be given to a girl on the waitlist
– Is travel to and from the venue arranged for me? No, all travel to and from the venue is to be arranged by parents/caregivers. You will need to ensure you arrange to drop-off and pick-up your child yourself as this isn’t something that GirlGuiding NZ organise as a part of this event. If your child is flying in from out of Christchurch we can arrange a leader to do airport transfers. Please do not book any flights without contacting the events team at National Office as we will need to ensure arrival and departure times are inline with other girls flying in to ensure leaders only need to make one trip
– What does the fee cover? This fee covers all associated activity costs, accommodation, any travel to activities and all meals
