This module is for Leader of Adults. After completion it will enable participants to: explore communication styles, utilise communication style effectively, discussed issues pertaining to their leader of adults role. This is a virtual module that comprises of two virtual workshops, typically held a week apart. To be credited with this module you have to attend and take part in both virtual workshops. Invitations for training workshops will be sent from OGM approximately 6 weeks prior to workshop date.
