In 2020 girls and women are still at a disadvantage across a range of measures. There is no country where girls and women have equal opportunities to boys and men. And we are passionate about helping to change that.
Women are still under-represented in our Boardrooms, in media coverage of sport, in fields such as engineering, science and tech, and New Zealand still suffers a significant gender pay gap of 9.3%.
You can play a part. This International Women’s Day you can take a pledge to learn more about how thousands of New Zealand are challenging themselves, and stereotypes.
