Notice of National Volunteer Appointment – Heather Kinloch, Development Delivery Co-ordinator

Heather Kinloch has been appointed as the Development Delivery Co-ordinator. Her role is to plan and manage the delivery of the national training programme for volunteers to ensure that our volunteers are provided with innovative, relevant, effective, and accessible training. She will be supporting our Area and Regional training teams. Heather is committed to providing a great training experience for all volunteers – especially the 80% of our volunteers that come to us with no prior guiding background.

Heather brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the role with her Guiding experience stretching as far back as to her time in Brownies and from nearly 30 years of working in Special Education.
