Benefits of a Global Network

As part of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts, our members have the opportunity to travel the world to participate in seminars, events, camps, jamborees, conferences and more!

Members of GirlGuiding New Zealand can apply to:
Attend WAGGGS events, conferences and seminars. Some WAGGGS opportunities are partially funded by GirlGuiding NZ
Attend events, camps and jamborees facilitated by GirlGuiding NZ in collaboration with other member countries/providers
Attend Self-organised trips, where your whole unit travels together to a world centre or other international destination
Join in other WAGGGS member organisations when overseas temporarily or permanently with the WAGGGS Introduction card.
