Are you the right person to carry us through as our CE until Lauren’s return in Feb?
Firstly thank you Angela for stepping up into the role over the last month. We are now looking to formalise the Interim CE role to lead us through till Lauren’s return, as we rebuild, establish our next five year strategy, and set ourselves up for the future. This is a critical role, at a critical time.
The Interim CE reports to the GGNZ Board Chair, and works closely across our membership, our support operations and our governance responsibilities. They are the figurehead of GGNZ.

For internal applications, because we have a shared experience within Guiding, we will focus on providing specific examples of how you have demonstrated the required skills within our organisation as well as your other experiences outside of Guiding.
Note: We are also using an external agency to reach out to the wider leadership community, via their networks, but this role is not being advertised publicly.
Key dates: Internal applications are open until 21st April, but we will be interviewing as we go.
