Now\, you can make that dream a reality – for free! \nHere’s your chance to experience your Ultimate Adventure – all while supporting a charity that grows confidence in young women. Join us for the GirlGuiding NZ annual skydive challenge – Take the Leap! The money you raise will help build generations of young New Zealand women and girls into confident and influential leaders\, who will shape their communities and influence their world.  \nPerhaps you used to be a Guide\, you volunteer at a local unit meeting\, your daughter attends GirlGuiding or you simply know how important the organisation is to young women. This is your chance to show your confidence and your thrill for adventure in support of GirlGuiding NZ. \nReady to Take the Leap? DESCRIPTION:You’re invited to Outdoor AdventurHers Auckland! \nThis Discovery is an opportunity for Guides and Rangers aged up to 14yrs old to come together for an exciting week of Outdoor Recreation fun! As a part of this week you will be Raft Building\, Kayaking\, competing in log jousting challenges\, trying your hand at archery and heading out for a hike in the beautiful nearby bush! There will also be plenty of smaller activities to try (orienteering\, confidence courses etc) as well as downtime to chill and relax. This Discovery is going to be a wonderful week to challenge yourself\, try some new things and make new friends! \n\nDates: 22 – 26 January 2023\nTimes: Drop-off at 5pm on the 22 January (dinner will be provided this night) with pickup at 11am on the 26 January\nFee: $550.00 due 30 November 2022\nLocation: Hunua Falls Camp\, 203 Falls Road\, Hunua 2583\n\nFAQs \n\nIs travel to and from the venue arranged for me? No\, all travel to and from Hunua Falls is to be arranged for and paid by parents/caregivers. These costs aren’t included in the fee cost. \nWhat does the fee cover? The fee covers all accommodation\, food and activity costs during your stay.\nWhat happens if I don’t pay the fee by 29 November 2022? Your child will be removed from the attendance list and her place offered to a girl on the waitlist.\nIs the fee refundable if my child can no longer attend? Up until the confirmation deadline of 29 November 2022\, your fee is fully refundable should you need to withdraw your child from the event. After this date\, we have already paid out costs associated with the confirmed number of girls attending and the fee becomes non-refundable. Please email us at events@ggnz.org.nz for any clarity or support required around this.\nWhat happens if my child becomes unwell while on camp? If this occurs\, you will need to collect your child from the camp\, possibly at short notice.
